Place the extension on a strand of natural hair then slide the keratin bond and the hair between the tips of the fondant connector. Press the tips together until the keratin bond is completely melted.

Delivery

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment, during business days. The standard shipping method is Canada Post Express. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Please contact us. In Canada, a shipping fee of $10 per order is applicable. For orders of $65 and more before taxes, shipping is free.

In the United States, a shipping fee of $18 per order is applicable. For orders of $150 and more before taxes, shipping is free.

In the event that the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping costs will become the buyer's responsibility.
