Actiiv's Recover range is a two-step, shampoo-based hair treatment system for men and women who are experiencing hair loss, or who wish to target and combat hair loss at an early stage. Using the science of nutraceuticals (natural plant-based compounds), our Recover products are able to target hair loss and thinning at source. Our Recover range consists of a simple shampoo and conditioning treatment that simply needs to be used once every two days for 5 minutes in the shower!

Directions for use: Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply a dime-sized amount of Recover cleansing treatment and massage into scalp and hair. Leave treatment on hair and scalp for five (5) COMPLETE minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For best results, use with Actiiv Recover thickening conditioner every other day.

Delivery

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment, during business days. The standard shipping method is Canada Post Express. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

In Canada, a shipping fee of $10 per order is applicable. For orders of $65 and more before taxes, shipping is free.

In the United States, a shipping fee of $18 per order is applicable. For orders of $150 and more before taxes, shipping is free.

In the event that the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping costs will become the buyer's responsibility.

We ship Monday to Friday.

Please note that a delay of 24h to 48h is to be expected for the shipment of products exclusively on the website.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Costs may vary depending on the weight and value of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and shipping costs will be applied individually for each of them.
