Removing tape from extensions is easy with our specially designed adhesive remover. Using this oil-based solution to remove extensions is important to preserve hair quality and remove excess residue.

Instructions: Apply the solution to the tape of the extension link. Let sit for at least 30 seconds. Once loosened, gently separate the tape - into the hair extension and remove. Clarify client's hair before re-application.

Delivery

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment, during business days. The standard shipping method is Canada Post Express. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

In Canada, a shipping fee of $10 per order is applicable. For orders of $65 and more before taxes, shipping is free.

In the United States, a shipping fee of $18 per order is applicable. For orders of $150 and more before taxes, shipping is free.

In the event that the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping costs will become the buyer's responsibility.
