Maintenance instruction:
- Always use lukewarm water (60-80C / 140 / 176F) when rinsing your pet in order to prevent hair from tangling.
- If the hair gets mixed up, give it time to dry completely and comb it delicately using a detangling comb.
- Never leave your hair wet for a long time.
Delivery
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment, during business days. The standard shipping method is Canada Post Express. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
In Canada, a shipping fee of $10 per order is applicable. For orders of $65 and more before taxes, shipping is free.
In the United States, a shipping fee of $18 per order is applicable. For orders of $150 and more before taxes, shipping is free.
In the event that the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping costs will become the buyer's responsibility.
