Blondor's permanent liquid conditioners are designed to neutralize unwanted warm tones for perfect blonde results, every time.
Directions: Use on pre-lightened hair. Mix one part Blondor Reviver with 2 parts Welloxon 6 vol or 20 vol Oxidizer. Apply to towel-dried hair and leave on for 10 to 30 minutes, checking regularly to see if desired results are achieved. Do not use with heat.
Delivery
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment, during business days. The standard shipping method is Canada Post Express. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
In Canada, a shipping fee of $10 per order is applicable. For orders of $65 and more before taxes, shipping is free.
In the United States, a shipping fee of $18 per order is applicable. For orders of $150 and more before taxes, shipping is free.
In the event that the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping costs will become the buyer's responsibility.
